Official description of the call
BDNS (708852) First. Beneficiaries.- Groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, can carry out the projects, activities or behaviors or are in the situation that motivates the granting of the subsidy may access the status of beneficiary. A maximum of 4 participating floats is established. A maximum of 8 parades is established. Subsidies such as aid for the realization of the floats and parades provided for in this Call are compatible with others that, having the same purpose, could be granted by any other public or private institution, provided that this does not result in financing. If this occurs, the amount of the subsidy will be reduced to the corresponding maximum limit. Those who obtain a subsidy from any other Entity must state who they obtained it from and the amount granted. Second. Purpose.- The purpose of these rules is to encourage participation in the Virgen del Consuelo 2023 festivities through the organization of floats and parades, as a festive activity. The call includes a subsidy for part of the expenses for carrying out the floats and parades and the awarding of prizes. The maximum amount attributable to the subsidy will be €11,000 (eleven thousand euros), for the concepts of subsidy to help carry out floats and parades (€7,200), subsidy for established prizes (€2,600) and for the implementation of adaptive elements for people with disabilities (€1,200). Third. Regulatory bases.- All participants must meet the following requirements: All people who reside in Spain may be beneficiaries of these subsidies by participating in the contest. Each applicant may submit one or more works, which must be unpublished and original. The technique, style and theme to participate in this contest will be free. The parade categories must have, in any case, more than two people and a creative, colorful and quality staging. Applicants who receive a subsidy to help carry out the floats and parades agree to participate in the float parade that is held on the occasion of the patron saint festivities "Virgen del Consuelo 2023". The beneficiaries, by the mere fact of requesting this aid, undertake to accept the content of this call and its result, as well as to comply with the obligations established in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. They must be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations. They must be up to date in compliance with their tax obligations with the Ciempozuelos City Council. Be up to date with payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies. Not have subsidies granted by the City Council of Ciempozuelos or its public bodies pending justification, provided that the period established for their presentation had ended, regardless of whether the requirement, referred to in article 70.3 of the RGS, had been carried out or not. The assessment of this prohibition will be carried out ex officio and will subsist as long as the absence of justification persists. Not be subject to the rest of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 and 3 of the LGS. Room. Amount. - The amount of the subsidy established as aid to carry out the floats and parades is €7,200, which will be distributed as follows: Category Amount of aid Floats €800 Adult parades €500 Children's parades €500 A maximum of 4 participating floats and up to 8 parades is established, so the maximum amount of the item allocated to this subsidy is established at a maximum of 7,200 €. A maximum amount of 1,200 euros (100 euros per participant) is also established, which may be used for the implementation of adaptive elements to guarantee the participation of people with disabilities.
