Self-employed beneficiaries and SMEs that carry out investment projects aimed at launching a new eligible activity in the territory of the Community of Castilla y León, belonging to the economic sectors indicated in this call. Second. Objective Facilitate the financing of business projects, within the territorial scope of Castilla y León, in order to promote the creation of companies, as well as the creation of employed jobs and/or self-employment linked to them. Third. Regulatory bases Order EYH/928/2022, of July 21, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies intended to finance business creation projects within the territorial scope of the Community of Castilla y León co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund - ERDF (BOCYL no. 141 of July 22, 2022) Fourth. Amount Total amount of the call €6,000,000. It may be increased up to €10,000,000, in accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on Subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León. The amount of the subsidy will be a fixed percentage of 50% of the eligible cost, and an additional percentage of 5%, 10% or 25% may be applied, depending on the assessment criteria. Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” and will end on the day of the publication of the call that replaces it or the publication of its closure. Sixth. Other information The application requires the presentation of a technical report and other documentation. Advance payments of 50% are provided after establishing guarantees.
