Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The aid granted within the framework of this call is aimed both at emerging companies in accordance with the definition of startup in the terms indicated in section 2 of article 1, and at innovative entrepreneurs, in accordance with section 3 of Order ICT/748/2022, of July 28, and its modification by Order ICT/843/2023, of July 19, 2023, which establishes the regulatory bases of the granting of aid through the Entrepreneurial Capabilities Program to promote the "Startup Acceleration Program", within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and who wish to grow their businesses. The aid granted within the framework of this call is also aimed at innovative entrepreneurs in accordance with the provisions of article 1.3 of the aforementioned Order ICT/748/2022, of July 28, and its modification by Order ICT/843/2023, July 19. Emerging companies and innovative entrepreneurs that develop innovative entrepreneurial projects that have a scalable business model may obtain beneficiary status under this call as long as they have physical or legal personality, are legally constituted and duly registered in the corresponding registry. These aid are intended to promote the growth and development of startups and innovative entrepreneurs, through the entrepreneurial capabilities program "Startup Acceleration Program", in its modalities "Startup Acceleration Program - Regional" and "Startup Acceleration Program - Sectoral", in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory bases for the granting of aid published through Order ICT/748/2022, of July 28, and its modification by Order ICT/843/2023, July 19. The aid in this call is considered minor or de minimis aid, subject therefore to the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013, of December 18, 2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid. The entrepreneurial skills program "Startup Acceleration Program - Regional" aims to provide startups and innovative entrepreneurs, from all sectors, with advisory activities aimed at growing and developing their businesses. This program will be developed in each of the Autonomous Communities and Cities of the national territory. The entrepreneurial skills program "Startup Acceleration Program - Sectorial" aims to provide advice to startups and innovative entrepreneurs who develop or are going to develop their activity in the driving sectors highlighted by the EENE, such as industry, cultural, musical or audiovisual industries, mobility, health, construction and materials, energy and ecological transition, banking and finance, digital and telecommunications, agri-food and biotechnology. These activities will involve the business community of the sector, especially the large companies and driving companies of each sector. Each startup or innovative entrepreneur applicant may be a beneficiary of a single aid and, therefore, a participant in a single type of program: either the "Startup Acceleration Program - Regional", or the "Startup Acceleration Program - Sectoral".
