AID TO FAMILIES FOR THE SCHOOLING OF THEIR CHILDREN, YEAR 2023/2024

Official description of the call

First.–Beneficiaries. Families that meet the following requirements will have the status of beneficiaries: 1.- Be registered with the A Laracha City Council before August 1, 2022, one of the parents or legal guardians, as well as the minor children for whom the aid is requested. If the applicant is of legal age, it will only be necessary for the applicant to be registered. 2.- Be taking some of the eligible studies according to section 2.1. of these bases. In the event that you are not enrolled in a complete course, you must be enrolled in at least three subjects. 3.- Belong to a family unit with annual per capita income not exceeding 10,000 euros. To calculate the annual per capita income, the general part of the tax base will be divided after applying the personal and family minimum (box 435 of the personal income tax return) of all members of the family unit by the total number of members of the unit (regardless of whether or not they are registered with the City Council). For single-parent families, the parent will be counted as 1.5 and for families with children with disabilities greater than 33%, the student will be counted as 1.5. The maximum limit of annual per capita income, in the case of large families, will increase by 602 euros per child from the third. For these purposes, the family unit will be considered to be parents or guardians, children under 18 years of age and adults who are not over 25 years of age as long as they are studying and do not earn income. The aggressor will not have qualifying member status in cases of gender violence. Second.–Object. 1.- The purpose of this call is to grant financial aid to families to cover the expenses incurred by the beginning of the school year: 1).- Students in the 2nd cycle of early childhood education (3, 4 and 5 years), primary and secondary. 2).- Students of basic vocational training, high school, training cycles. 3).-Students of teachings of the Spanish university system carried out in Spanish centers, public or private, valid in the national territory: teachings leading to official Bachelor's/Master's degrees. 4).- Students with special educational needs or specific educational support needs 2.- Such expenses are understood to be the purchase of: 1) Textbooks (except those for primary and secondary school), 2) Complementary teaching material and specific material directly related to the studies. 3) Sports attire and explicit sports equipment for the subject of physical education. 4) Computer equipment: tablet, laptop/table computer, printer, screen and consumables. 3.- The present aid granted under these bases may be concurrent with subsidies from other administrations or public or private entities, national, the European Union or international organizations. The total amount of the subsidies may in no case be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, income or resources, it exceeds the expenditure incurred by the beneficiary. Third.–Regulatory bases. This call is governed by the Regulatory Bases approved by mayoral resolution and published in the National Subsidies Database and in the Electronic Headquarters of the A Laracha City Council (https://sede.alaracha.gal/opencms/es/) Fourth. – Amount. For the financing of this aid program, there is credit in the amount of 75,000.00 euros in application 320,481.00 of the General Budget of the City Council for 2023. The amount of aid will be as follows: There are 382 aids to be distributed as follows: •80 for early childhood education studies of any cycle, 165 euros each. •204 for primary education, compulsory secondary education and basic vocational training, 150 euros each. •40 for high school studies and intermediate and higher level training cycles, 225 euros each. •20 for students with special educational needs, 350 euros each. •38 for university studies of intermediate or higher degree and master's degree, 400 euros each.
