Official description of the call
First. - Purpose and Beneficiaries. The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies on a competitive basis to support cultural activities organized during the 2023 financial year by legally constituted cultural associations that establish and develop their projects in localities in the rural area of the Hoya de Huesca|Plana de Uesca region. Second. - Regulatory bases. General Ordinance Regulating the granting of Subsidies by the region of Hoya de Huesca|Plana de Uesca (published in the BOP of Huesca no. 105 of May 31, 2007 and no. 146 of July 27, 2007). Third. - Amount. The total amount of the budget item allocated to this call amounts to 15,000.00 euros, which will be allocated to budget item 2023.3340.48902 of the budget of the Hoya de Huesca/Plana de Uesca region corresponding to the year 2023. The amount of the subsidies will be determined based on the applications submitted, the budgetary credit available for this call in accordance with the aforementioned. to point 7 of this call and depending on the actual expenditure to be made, and in no case may it exceed 80 percent of the same, with a maximum subsidized amount of 900 euros per application. In no case may the amount of the subsidy be such that it exceeds, isolated or in conjunction with other public subsidies, 80% of the total cost of the activity or project. The applicant entity must present its commitment to finance the difference between the total cost of the subsidized project and the amount of the aforementioned aid, indicating the sources of financing and their degree of commitment. Room. - Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca of the extract of the call. If the deadline falls on a Sunday or a non-business day, it will be moved to the immediately following business day. In Huesca, July 25, 2023.
