Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Students registered with the City Council of Bergondo who pursue any of the following studies within or outside the Galician Autonomous Community will be eligible: – Early Childhood Education (0-5 years). - Baccalaureate. – Professional Training. – Special regime teachings. – University education. – Official international programs. – Other approved official studies. They must also meet the following requirements: a) Be registered during the entire 2023/2024 school year in the Bergondo town hall. Otherwise, a refund of the aid may be requested. b) Be registered more than 1 km away from the study center. c) Be enrolled in a public education center. d) Be up to date with tax and Social Security duties, not be subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies and be up to date with compliance with the duty to reimburse subsidies, and authorize the city council of Bergondo to carry out the appropriate checks during the period that the process lasts. People who are in the following cases will not be eligible: - Have requested or been granted for the current school year any other financial aid for the same purpose, which fully covers travel expenses. - Study primary or secondary education (ESO). - Be enrolled in private or subsidized public centers. - Take studies lasting less than 6 months. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to promote access to public educational centers by means of aid for the expenses derived from the use of any type of transport to access them. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases of the public call published in the BOP of A Coruña No. 139 of July 21, 2023. Fourth. Amount: The total amount of this call amounts to 15,000.00 euros. The maximum amount to be received by each beneficiary will be: Galicia: From 1 to 3 km (e.g. Bergondo): up to €40. From 4 to 15 km (Betanzos, Sada, Miño, Cambre, Oleiros,...): up to €60. From 16 to 40 km (A Coruña, Arteixo, Ferrol,...): up to €80. From 41 to 80 km (Santiago...): up to €120 From 81 to 170 km (Lugo, Pontevedra, Ourense, Vigo,...): up to €150. Other autonomous communities: up to €200. Official international programs: up to €600. Fifth. Application submission deadline: From the day following the publication of the extract in the BOP Coruña until October 13, 2023.
