Beneficiaries. This aid may be received by natural or legal persons who own hospitality and restaurant establishments and activities in the territory of the Valencian Community who, at the time of submitting the application, are registered in the Health Registry of Minor Food Establishments, regulated by Decree 134/2018, of September 7, of the Consell, which regulates the Health Registry of minor food establishments and the authorization procedure for certain establishments, and who develop any of the following categories: Restaurant. Cafeteria. Café, bar and lounge-lounge Catering and food delivery service. - Banquet halls. Premises intended for concerts or shows that have restaurant or cafeteria facilities. Hotel establishments that have restaurant or cafeteria facilities. Second. Object. The purpose of the aid provided for in this extract is to subsidize those hospitality establishments that include in their menu a significant percentage of products covered by the agri-food quality figures of the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 13/2023, of the Regional Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the inclusion of products of differentiated quality from the Valencian Community in the offer of hospitality establishments in the Valencian Community. Amount 292,500.00 This amount may be increased in accordance with the provisions of article 11 of Decree 77/2019, of June 7, of the Consell, regulating the budget management procedure of the Generalitat (DOGV no. 8592 of 07/16/2019). The deadline for submitting applications for aid for the inclusion of products of differentiated quality from the Valencian Community in the offer of hospitality establishments in the Valencian Community will be one month and will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the resolution of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
