Official description of the call
First. All natural persons over 18 years of age who, individually or collectively, present a research project, in accordance with these bases, are eligible. This award is intended to provide priority support to researchers in the early stages of research activity. Second. Purpose The purpose of these Rules is to regulate the granting of the Elvira Godas Vila Research Prize, of the Provincial Council of Lleida. The Provincial Council of Lleida wants to support research projects and cultural and historical dissemination at a local and regional level and wants to give impetus to research networks and the dissemination of knowledge of those works that delve into the contemporary history of the district and that are based partially or totally on the different documentary collections of the Provincial Council of Lleida and its autonomous bodies. Third. Regulatory regulations The Plenary Session of the Corporation, in an ordinary session held on May 19, 2022, initially approved the modification of the General Rules regulating the granting of subsidies of the Provincial Council of Lleida and its autonomous bodies, reformulating the Rules approved by the Plenary Session of October 15, 2020, for the purposes of incorporating the possibility of being able to process Rules-Call jointly, provided that These bases are not intended to be incorporated into the regulations of the Provincial Council of Lleida, but rather have a limited temporal application and are intended to specify the regulatory framework applicable to a specific procedure for granting a subsidy. These Bases were definitively approved and recorded by publication in BOP number 159 of August 19, 2022. Fourth. Granting regime These awards are of a subsidy nature in the terms provided for in the additional provision ten of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, and are financed by the Provincial Council of Lleida. These awards are governed by the competitive competition procedure. Fifth. Credit and budget item The prize will be awarded to a single project. The amount of €6,000 will be paid in two installments, 50% each: ? The first, once the work to be awarded has been chosen. ? The second, once the work has been completed and delivered and after the tutor from the University of Lleida and the head of the Archives, Studies and Information Service have ruled on the quality. This last payment may be postponed if an extension is granted for the delivery of the completed work. The amount of the prize will be established in the corresponding annual call and will be subject to current tax regulations. The amount of €6,000 of the prize will be charged to the budget application 2023 020 920 4800000 Prize for research and dissemination of documentary funds. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications and complementary documentation will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call to the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Other data a) Temporal scope. The deadline for the completion and delivery of the project will be twelve months, starting from the date of the award of the prize. In extraordinary situations, due to the complexity of the investigation, the delivery of the work may be extended for another six months. The author must request the postponement by accompanying the request with the corresponding technical report from the guarantor. The author must deliver to the Registry of the Provincial Council of Lleida, 1 PDF copy that will be registered in a timely manner. The study must be written in Catalan. b) The request. The request to participate in the Prize will be made through a standardized form. This form and the documentation that must be attached must be submitted through the Electronic Procedures section of the Provincial Council's website (https://seu.diputaciolleida.cat/portal/entidades.do?ent_id=1&idioma=2). The following documentation must be submitted: ? Application to participate in the award, according to the model provided by the Provincial Council. ? Curriculum of the applicants. ? Photocopy of ID. ? The research project in which the objectives to be achieved, the scientific interest, the work plan, the methodology, the current state, bibliography must be specified.
