Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries Legally constituted cultural and neighborhood associations, registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the City Council of Castrillón, with a local scope of action or with a delegation in the municipality, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of this subsidy program and, in addition to the requirements indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, meet the requirements of section 4 of the regulatory bases. Second.- Purpose of the subsidy Aid is called to finance annual programs of cultural activities and the development of cultural activities promoted by cultural and neighborhood associations. Third.- Regulatory Bases General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Castrillón City Council and its Autonomous Bodies and Dependent Entities, published in the BOPA of February 20, 2006. Fourth.- Amount These aids will have a maximum credit of €4,000. Fifth.- Concession criteria The PMAC will distribute the subsidies among the applications submitted, taking into account the following criteria: - Cultural quality of the proposal. - Economic coherence. - Stable and continuous nature of the activity. - Degree of elaboration, concretion and closure of the proposed program. - Degree of cultural and social impact. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the publication of this call.
