Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Victims of gender violence who are being treated at the Municipal Point of the Regional Observatory of Gender Violence of the Alcalá de Henares City Council and in other specialized resources in gender violence in coordination with the Department of Equality of the Alcalá de Henares City Council and meet the following requirements: - Women who, as victims of gender violence, accredit this condition in the legally established manner or who are considered as such by the team technician of the Municipal Point of the Regional Observatory of Gender Violence (PMORVG) - Possess Spanish nationality. In the case of foreign women, they must have legal residence in Spain or have initiated the corresponding procedures. - Be registered in Alcalá de Henares, or temporarily reside in Alcalá de Henares due to having moved urgently due to the situation of violence suffered. - Be in the process of intervention in the PMORVG or in another resource specialized in gender violence with actions coordinated with the Department of Equality of the Alcalá de Henares City Council at the time of requesting help and be complying with what is established in said process and in the state and regional regulations regarding gender violence and assistance resources. - Not having sufficient resources or material means to meet the need for which the aid is requested and that the monthly income does not exceed 3 times the IPREM (valuation of 14 payments 2023 as of the date of approval of the call). Second. Purpose: Granting financial aid to women victims of gender violence and to their sons and daughters and other dependents. The aid is complementary to the intervention process carried out in the PMORVG and other resources specialized in caring for victims of other manifestations of gender violence that work in coordination with the Department of Equality of the Alcalá de Henares City Council and will be aimed at paying expenses that facilitate the autonomy and socio-labor insertion of the beneficiaries. Expenses incurred or to be incurred between January 1 and December 15, 2023 may be eligible for subsidies, with a limit of 100% of their amount, for the concepts listed in article 8 of the Regulatory Bases. Third. Regulatory Bases: Agreement of the Local Government Board of July 28, 2023, published on the website http://www.ayto-alcaladehenares.es Fourth. Amount: Maximum amount of the call: 40,000 euros The amount of the subsidy that will be granted to each beneficiary will result from the sum of the expenses for the eligible concepts requested, with a maximum of €2,000 per applicant. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: 10 business days from the day following the registration of the Call in the National Subsidies Database. Sixth. Other information: The aid regulated in these bases will be compatible with any other aid. The Subsidies will be awarded based on the score obtained according to the scale of the applicant women established in article 9 of the Regulatory Bases, until the municipal budget assigned to this call is exhausted. Applications may be submitted online or at the Citizen Service of the Alcalá de Henares City Council, addressed to the Department of Equality, by electronic means as a priority and also in person. In addition, they may be presented in accordance with the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The applications will conform to the official model attached as Annex I, which is designed for such purposes and in which the file number to which they are associated to access the subsidy is already reflected, being File 25068/2023. The documentation listed in article 12 of the Regulatory Bases must be attached to said request.
