Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Industrial or industrial support services companies, including the ICT sector, that have one or more employees or shareholders of the company that provide their services on a regular basis in the company, production establishment in the territorial area of the Principality of Asturias and participate in R&D&I projects in international cooperation that meet the requirements established in the bases and the call. They must be legally constituted and have their own legal personality. Individual and self-employed entrepreneurs, communities of property and civil societies, associations, foundations and any non-profit entity are expressly excluded. Companies in crisis will not be able to receive this aid either, in accordance with the criteria of art. 2.18 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 651/2014, of June 17, 2014, nor those companies in which any of the circumstances included in art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17 cited or that are subject to any of the dissolution cases established in current commercial legislation, or subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision of the Commission that has declared aid illegal and incompatible with the Internal Market. Second.- Object. The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies by the Agency, under a competitive competition regime, to Asturian companies, legally constituted, that in response to the International Call of the ERA-NET ERAMIN 2023, participate in R&D&I projects in international collaboration in the value chain of raw materials and their life cycle, responding to the challenge of Use of Waste Streams in Industry, of the Regional Specialization Strategy Intelligent 2021-2027, S3 Asturias, excluding individual and self-employed entrepreneurs. Third.- Regulatory bases. Resolution of 09-24-2014, of the Ministry of Economy and Employment, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at Asturian companies to finance R&D&i projects in International Cooperation within the framework of the ERA-NET networks in which IDEPA participates, as representative of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA 227 of 9-30-2014). Fourth.- Amount. The maximum total amount authorized to finance this call for aid will be ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR EUROS AND SIXTY-SIX CENTS (€120,594.66), an amount that has already been authorized by Resolution of the Executive Directorate dated July 7, 2023. The financing comes from the Agency's own budget, and the aid may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Fifth.- Deadline for submission The deadline for submitting applications to this public call for aid will be from the calendar day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias of this Resolution, until 2:00 p.m. on September 28, 2023, peninsular time in Spain.
