Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the identifier BDNS Primero. Scholarship beneficiaries. These scholarships are aimed at people who are over 16 years of age and not older than 35 years; born, or registered for a minimum of two years, in any municipality of Castilla y León; who are in possession of a university degree, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, Architecture, Diploma, Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture or degrees declared legally equivalent that, individually or together, add up to a minimum of 240 ECTS.; have a certificate of basic digital skills; be in possession of the title of Master, Postgraduate, Specialist in Development Cooperation or equivalent title, and who has not been a beneficiary of another scholarship in development cooperation in any of its modalities, in the last two years or three if it is from the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León with the same purpose; and that they are not subject to any of the prohibition cases provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose. The purpose of the scholarships is to provide people in possession of a university degree with practical training in development cooperation by carrying out internships within the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León in this area and, especially in the modality "Transformative education for global citizenship." To this end, the tasks linked to these scholarships will focus mainly on the planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of programs and initiatives that contribute to the transmission of information, sensitization and citizen awareness in relation to the defense and promotion of Human Rights, sustainable human development and the fight against poverty, both on their own and in collaboration with other actors. Third. Regulatory bases: Order PRE/553/2023, of April 26, published in the Official Gazette of Castila y León No. 83 of May 3. Room. Amount: The maximum annual amount is fifteen thousand seven hundred euros (€15,700), which includes social security contributions and will be subject to the corresponding tax withholding, according to current Personal Income Tax regulations. The monthly financial amount of each scholarship will be one thousand two hundred and fifty euros (€1,250), or part proportional to the period executed, an amount to which the corresponding withholdings will apply according to current regulations. Fifth. Duration of the scholarship. Each scholarship will have a maximum duration of twenty-four months for each person in training, counted from the date of incorporation of the beneficiaries, developing uninterruptedly and the physical presence of the scholarship recipients at the headquarters of the International Development Cooperation Service and with the schedule linked to the activities corresponding to the area of Education for Development and Global Citizenship being an essential requirement. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: Twenty business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León".
