Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit business associations belonging to the industrial sectors contemplated within section C, divisions 13 to 33 and section F of the CNAE 2009, at provincial and regional level, with legal personality, with a history of at least 2 years prior to the publication of this order, may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second.- Object. The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases and make the call for aid for the birth and development of industrial ecosystems by 2023. For the purposes of this order, industrial ecosystems are understood to be the areas of collaboration in which industrial companies and other economic agents, entities and administrations interact to create innovative solutions and overcome the challenges represented by the search for new products, services, processes and business models to survive, consolidate and scale. The purpose of these subsidies is to support action projects for sustainable industrialization based on innovation and digitalization, carried out by the associative network linked to the industrial sectors of Castilla-La Mancha. Third.- Regulatory bases. This order establishes the regulatory bases for this aid. Fourth.- Amount. The subsidy percentage of the actions or projects will be 100 percent of the eligible cost which, in any case, will be less than 60,000 euros per beneficiary entity. The maximum amount of the credit allocated to the financing of the subsidies provided for this call amounts to 1.2 00,000 euros, charged to budget application 1911 G/724A/48000. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. Applications will be addressed to the general directorate responsible for industrial promotion and will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the standardized form that appears as Annex I, included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es). When submitted in this way, the documentation will be digitized and presented along with the application as files attached to it. Applications can be submitted until October 31, 2023. Sixth.- Other information. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be processed on a competitive basis, by comparing the applications submitted, in order to establish a relationship between them based on the application of the evaluation criteria set out in article 14 and award, with the established credit limit, those that have obtained the highest evaluation in the evaluation phase. The justification period will be one month, which will be counted from the day following the date established for the end of the execution period. The justification by the beneficiary entity of compliance with the conditions imposed and the achievement of the planned objectives will be carried out through a simplified supporting account, which will be addressed to the body that issued the granting resolution, electronically with an electronic signature, through the standardized form that is incorporated as Annex III, included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es). The payment of the subsidy will be made in two installments: a) A first installment of 20 percent of the subsidy granted, as an advance, which will be effective with notification of the resolution. b) A second release of the rest of the subsidy granted, once the final justification of the expenses has been presented, reviewed and settled.
