Official description of the call

First. - Beneficiaries. - Sports entities, Federations or basic sports clubs that, in addition to complying with the requirements indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law of Subsidies, are legally constituted in accordance with the provisions of Decree 24/1998, of June 11, which regulates the operation of sports clubs and autonomous groups of the Principality of Asturias, registered, (except in the case of federations), in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Principality of Asturias, and in the Registry of the Castrillón City Council, with a minimum age of six months from the date of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. In the case of other legal entities, they must be legally constituted as such and, where appropriate, registered in the corresponding registry, taking into account the nature in question. In the case of natural persons, be over 18 years of age and have full capacity to act. Second. – Purpose of the subsidy. Regulate the granting of subsidies for the development of sports programs of public interest for “Sports promotion and sporting events” in the municipal area of ​​Castrillón during the 2023 financial year. Third. - Procedure. The granting of subsidies will be done on a competitive basis. Quarter. - Amount. The amount of the subsidy will be €43,000.00 for “Sports Promotion and €6,000.00 for Sports Events” to be distributed in the manner provided for in article 9 of the call. Fifth. - Deadline and place for submitting applications Ten (10) business days counting from the day following the date of publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias, and the documentation provided for in the regulatory bases of the call must be provided. Place of submission of applications.- The applications, accompanied by the corresponding complementary documentation, will be formulated by means of a request addressed to the President of the Municipal Sports Board of Castrillón in the General Registry of the City Council of Castrillón (Plaza de Europa 1, Piedras Blancas, Castrillón, C.P 33.450, Asturias), or through any of the procedures provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure. of Public Administrations. Sixth. - Procedure resolution period. – The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution of the procedure may not exceed six (6) months from the date of publication of this announcement. The expiration of said period without having been notified of the resolution of the procedure will legitimize the interested parties to understand that the request for granting a subsidy has been rejected due to administrative silence. Seventh. - Maximum date of justification and form. The deadline for justifying the expenses of the granted subsidy must be carried out by the beneficiaries before January 31, 2024. Eighth.- Concession criteria.- Those established in the ninth Base of the Regulatory Bases of the Call for these aids.
