Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this aid may be natural or legal persons who are in the situation that bases the granting of the subsidy or in which the circumstances provided for in these regulatory bases occur and who meet the requirements established in the LGS, as well as in the RLGS and the LHIS. Small and medium-sized companies, regardless of their legal form, from any member state of the European Union, or the European Economic Area, and economic interest groups that are professionally dedicated to the production of audiovisual works and carry out their activities mainly in the Valencian Community may be beneficiaries. For these purposes, the production companies must have the status of independent producers in accordance with what is established by current regulations. Persons or entities who meet any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13 of the LGS may not obtain the status of beneficiaries. Second.
