Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Family members (father or mother), guardian or legal representative of the students may receive the financial aid established in this Ordinance, when the following requirements are met: a) They are students enrolled for the first time in any of the courses of the Second Cycle of Early Childhood Education or Primary Education of the Rural Grouped School of Agoncillo, or of Compulsory Secondary Education in educational centers located in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. b) Prove that during the course prior to the call for exams there has been no school absenteeism. c) The students, as well as the person requesting the subsidy (father, mother or guardian) must be duly registered in the municipality of Agoncillo with a minimum uninterrupted notice of twelve months from the date of publication of the call. d) Not be indebted to the Municipal Treasury at the end of the deadline for submitting the aid application. e) Not be a beneficiary, with respect to aid for the acquisition of textbooks, of the free textbook system of the Government of La Rioja or any other similar system organized by another public or private institution or body. f) Having acquired, prior to requesting aid, the books and/or curricular material whose expenditure is financed by this aid. Second. Purpose Granting of financial aid to partially finance the current expenses of acquiring textbooks and other curricular materials for students who are enrolled in the Colegio Rural Agrupado de Agoncillo in any of the courses of the Second Cycle of Early Childhood Education, or in Primary Education, as well as for those others who study Compulsory Secondary Education in educational centers located in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and meet the other requirements established therein. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Ordinance regulating the granting of financial aid to families registered in the municipality of Agoncillo with children enrolled in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education and Compulsory Secondary Education, to partially finance the acquisition of textbooks and other curricular materials, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation on November 2, 2020 in the Official Gazette of La Rioja BOR No. 7 of January 12, 2021, as well as in articles 37 to 49 of the Bases for the execution of the Municipal Budget in force. Room. Amount of aid. The amount of the aid will be as follows: a) For students enrolled in the Second Cycle of Early Childhood Education or Primary Education, the aid will be eighty percent (80%) of the cost duly justified by invoices, with a maximum amount of 120.00 euros. b) For students enrolled in Compulsory Secondary Education, municipal aid will be eighty percent (80%) of the cost duly justified by invoices, with a maximum amount of 240.00 euros. In the event that the amount of the invoices presented is less than the maximum amount of the planned aid, these will be reduced to the amount duly justified by said invoices. If the available budgetary credit is not enough to cover all of the aid requested, the individual amount of the aid will be reduced proportionally until said credit is exhausted. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The applications, addressed to the Mayor's Office, along with the indicated documentation, may be presented in person at the General Registry of the City Council of Agoncillo, located at Plaza del Castillo nº 15, 1st floor, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., by electronic means at the electronic headquarters of the City Council (https://agoncillo.sedelectronica.es/), or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of the Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of La Rioja of the corresponding call by the National Subsidies Database.
