CALL FOR THE YEAR 2023 FOR THE GRANTING OF INDIVIDUAL GRANTS.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. People under 18 years of age with functional diversity (including those who turn 18 in the calendar year) registered in Zumaia who have carried out sports activities organized by the Sports Board. High-level athletes registered in Zumaia (according to results detailed in the criteria). Second. Object. The purpose of these rules is the granting of subsidies to high-level athletes and the population of Zumaia with specific needs, charged to the credits provided for in the 2023 Sports Board Budgets for Zumaia athletes. Third. Regulatory bases. These subsidies will be governed by: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Guipúzcoa no. 151, of August 11, 2020) Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council and the Sports Board of Zumaia (Official Gazette of Guipúzcoa no. 59, of March 30, 2021). Specific bases for the granting of individual subsidies (Official Gazette of Guipúzcoa, nº75, of April 20, 2023). Room. Amount. The subsidies to be granted through this call will be charged to the following budget item: 1 0000.480.341.00.01 2023 (167) Disability sports subsidies €1,000 1 0000.480.341.00.02 2023 (23) Subsidies for athletes €3,000. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be submitted to the Zumaia Municipal Registry or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. They may also be submitted by electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council through its website (www.zumaia.eus). Applications must be submitted within 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Guipúzcoa. Sixth. Form and terms of payment. In no case may the amount of the subsidy be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with subsidies or aid granted by other Public Administrations or public or private entities, exceeds the cost of the activity to be carried out by the applicant. Payment will be made in a single payment by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary entity: The Presidency of the Board of Trustees may authorize the advance payment of the amounts necessary to carry out the actions that are the subject of the call. These advances will be made in accordance with the regulation made by article 34 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Likewise, the provisions of the ordinance regulating municipal subsidies will be followed.
