First. Beneficiaries. People under 18 years of age with functional diversity (including those who turn 18 in the calendar year) registered in Zumaia who have carried out sports activities organized by the Sports Board. The purpose of these rules is the granting of subsidies to high-level athletes and the population of Zumaia with specific needs, charged to the credits provided for in the 2023 Sports Board Budgets for Zumaia athletes. Third. Regulatory bases. These subsidies will be governed by: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. In no case may the amount of the subsidy be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with subsidies or aid granted by other Public Administrations or public or private entities, exceeds the cost of the activity to be carried out by the applicant. Payment will be made in a single payment by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary entity: The Presidency of the Board of Trustees may authorize the advance payment of the amounts necessary to carry out the actions that are the subject of the call.
