1- Purpose of the subsidy The purpose of these bidding rules is to regulate the conditions for granting subsidies for the efficient rehabilitation of the following residential buildings in the Txonta neighborhood, in Eibar, Gipuzkoa: Txonta nº 15, 29, 44, 46, 50 and 52. 2- Requirements to apply for the subsidy The Communities of Owners of the properties will be able to access these subsidies. cited in the second section of these call bases, “Object of the subsidy”, provided that: - They do not incur any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General of Subsidies and other corresponding regulations. - Are beneficiaries of subsidies to communities for the comprehensive rehabilitation of residential buildings in the Txonta neighborhood approved by the Municipal Plenary on July 24, 2018. - Have not been beneficiaries of the subsidies listed as incompatible in section sixteen of these call rules. 3- Amount of the subsidy €170,000 4- Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications to obtain subsidies, addressed to the convening body and signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her, along with the attached documentation, will begin on September 7, 2026 and will end on September 30, 2026. The OTGP Technical and Proximity Management Office (Txonta Bulegoa), currently located in the Urban Planning Department of the Eibar City Council, will assist the communities of owners who wish to do so in carrying out their electronic procedures for these purposes.
