Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of article 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the BDNS and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid, this extract of the resolution is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries The beneficiary entities of the contribution received from the Secretary of State for Tourism for the execution of the interventions of the Territorial Plan for Tourism Sustainability in Destinations of the Valencian Community 2023, within the framework of the Tourism Sustainability Strategy in Destinations, are the entities listed in the Annex to the Resolution, in compliance with the Agreement of the Tourism Sector Conference, of May 9, 2023, by which the distribution criteria were established, as well as the resulting distribution of the credit destined to finance investment actions by local entities within the framework of Component 14, Investment 1, of the PRTR. Second. Purpose Financing of transformative actions in the tourism sector in the areas of green, digital transition and tourism competitiveness, with the aim of supporting the tourist destinations of the Valencian Community in their transformation process, so that they are able to integrate sustainability into their offer in its triple aspect, environmental, social and economic, and in turn, promote resilience strategies to face the challenges of the tourism ecosystem, and on the other hand, achieve greater territorial cohesion not only in its own destination, but also generating synergies and complementarities between the different Valencian destinations. Third. Regulatory Bases Resolution of May 22, 2023, of the Secretary of State for Tourism, by which the Agreement of the Tourism Sector Conference of May 9, 2023 is published, which establishes the distribution criteria, and the resulting distribution for the autonomous communities, of the credit intended for the financing of investment actions by local entities, within the framework of Component 14, Investment 1, of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience. https://www.boe.es/buscar/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2023-12871 Fourth. Amount According to the agreement adopted in the session of the Tourism Sector Conference, on May 9, 2023, the amount assigned to the Valencian Community amounts to a total amount of €41,531,000 and is broken down for each of said 22 beneficiary local entities in the respective amounts detailed in the Annex to this Resolution. The interventions will be financed with funds from the European Recovery Instrument called "Next Generation EU". Fifth. Execution period of the interventions The beginning of the execution period of the PTSTDCV-23 interventions contemplated in the Annex to the Resolution will be computed from the day following the payment of the contribution of the Secretary of State for Tourism to the Valencian Community and will end on June 30, 2026.
