EXTRACT FROM MAYOR'S RESOLUTION Nº 515/2023 DATED 09/14/2023 CALLING FOR AID TO NON-PROFIT ENTITIES FOR THE PROMOTION OF CULTURE IN THE YEAR 2023. First. Beneficiaries. Legally constituted cultural and educational entities that meet the following requirements may apply for the program contemplated in this call: • Not for profit. • Develop its activities within the territorial scope of the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council. • Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations or, failing that, have requested registration therein. Second. Object In the Cultural Promotion Program, cultural activities carried out in the geographical area of the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council will be subsidized, as well as the operating expenses of the entities that carry them out, provided they have a direct connection with them. They must have headquarters in the Malpica de Bergantiños Town Hall. In general, activities subsidized in the same year through other aid from the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council may not be eligible for aid in this call. For the purposes of this call, cultural promotion activities will be understood as actions, projects and programs, in which the main purposes are: Training and promotion in the field of performing activities (music, dance, theater and magic). Training and promotion in the fields of literature, photography, cinema, audiovisual creations, painting, sculpture and other plastic arts. The training and promotion of traditional crafts, especially those linked to the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council and the Costa da Morte. The promotion, dissemination and enhancement of the historical, historical-artistic, archaeological and natural heritage of the City Council of Malpica de Bergantiños and the Costa da Morte. The promotion, dissemination and enhancement of the material and intangible heritage of the Malpica de Bergantiños e a Costa da Morte City Council. Non-formal and informal education activities complementary to the activity of the educational centers of the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council and organized by entities of the educational community. The promotion of the Galician language. The promotion, dissemination and enhancement of the specific traditions of the City Council of Malpica de Bergantiños and the Costa da Morte. The promotion, dissemination and enhancement of the specific traditions of Galicia rooted in the local area and/or on the Costa da Morte. The maintenance of the operating expenses of the entities that promote programs, projects or activities derived from the previous purposes. For the purposes of this call, actions, projects and programs will be understood to be excluded: In which the main and/or vehicle purpose does not correspond to those described in the previous section. Promotion of patron saint festivities and celebrations, which, where appropriate, may have specific lines of aid. Third. Regulatory bases The specific regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the call approved on 09/14/2023 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña No. 183 dated 09/25/2022. Room. Amount of aid. The global amount for this aid will be €20,000.00 charged to item 334.48000 of the budget of the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council for the year 2023 currently in force. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 1. Applications will be submitted through the Electronic Registry of the Malpica de Bergantiños City Council (https://sede.malpicadebergantinos.es/gl/index.html). 2. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other data.
