In accordance with the Subsidy Bases "Specific Bases for Subsidies for Youth Projects", approved by the Local Government Board on March 31, 2016, are those published in the BOPB dated April 15, 2016 and its amendment published in the BOPB dated May 2, 2016. https://bop.diba.cat/scripts/ftpisa.aspx?fnew?bop2016&05/022016006657.pdf&1 I HAVE: First - Approve the call for “Subsidies for youth projects”, for the 2023 annuity, by this City Council and under a competitive competition regime, subject to the following basic determinations: CALL FOR THE ANNUALITY 2023 OF SUBSIDIES FOR YOUTH PROJECTS a).- Regulatory Bases: The specific Bases that govern the granting of subsidies by the Castelldefels City Council aimed at youth entities, with the title: "Specific bases of subsidies intended for youth projects" are those published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona dated: April 15, 2016, https://bop.diba.cat/scripts/ftpisa.aspx?fnew?bop2016&04/022016005558.pdf&1 and, the error correction announcement: https://bop.diba.cat/scripts/ftpisa.aspx?fnew?bop2016&05/022016006657.pdf&1. b).- Budget credits to which the subsidy is attributed and maximum total amount: The maximum amount amounts to €10,000, recorded in the following Budget Application 72/3300/48901/AREA20 Subvencions Joventut, of the Municipal Budget for the year 2023 (A: 12023000122138). Each of the subsidies awarded will have a maximum individual allocation of €4,000 per project within the limit of the maximum amount allocated. c).- Purpose: These subsidies aim to encourage the carrying out of activities aimed at developing the participation of young people and promoting health, integration, the artistic and creative spirit, leisure and festivals, aimed at young people. The subsidized projects must be developed during the year 2023. d).- Call regime: The granting of the aforementioned subsidies will be carried out through a competitive competition regime. e).- Beneficiaries and requirements: The following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies object of this call: Youth entities and associations or with specific projects aimed at young people, all of them legally constituted and registered in the corresponding official registry, that on the date of the application, meet the requirements established by the General Law of Subsidies (Law 38/2003 of November 17) and are up to date with the payment of their tax obligations, with Social Security and with this city council, or others coming from public law income, including refunds of previous subsidies. f).- Competent bodies for the instruction and resolution of the procedure: The instruction of the procedure will correspond to the head of the section of the Youth area that is assigned the budget application. For the evaluation of eligible projects or programs, a qualifying commission is appointed made up of: - A councilor or employee of the City Council appointed by the Presidency of the Corporation. - The Delegate Councilor for Youth, or person to whom he delegates, who will be the one who presides over the Commission - The Head of the U.I. of Youth, or the person to whom you delegate. - The Youth Technician of the Castelldefels City Council. - A youth energizer. The functions of secretary of the Qualifying Commission will be carried out by the Head of Section or the person to whom she delegates. The body responsible for resolving the procedure for granting subsidies will be the Mayor's Office by direct attribution of the local regime regulations, or body to whom it delegates. g).- Application submission period: The application submission period will be 20 days from the day following the publication in the BOPB of this call.
