Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities (ESAL) that meet the following requirements. Be legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the Most Excellent Sagunto City Council prior to the end of the deadline for submitting applications. Have the data duly updated in the corresponding records. Not be subject to any of the causes of incompatibility or prohibition to be a beneficiary included in art. 13 LGS. Not be the holder of another nominative subsidy or have a specific budget application for festive activities. Second. Purpose: Financing of festive projects aimed at promoting, promoting and maintaining festive traditions of the municipality and that are freely accessible and without compensation. Third. Regulatory bases: Ordinance on festivals approved on 02/23/2016, by the Full City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia no. 135 dated 07/14/2016. Room. Amount: The maximum total amount of the budgetary credit allocated to this call is €45,000. Subsidies may be granted for an additional amount without the need for a new call, provided that the credits to which they are attributable are expected to be available at any time prior to the resolution of the grant, due to an increase derived from any of the causes provided for in art. 58 of the RLGS. The individualized amount of the subsidy for each project presented will be determined based on the economic budget of the accepted project and the evaluation obtained, which must be equal to or greater than 20 points of the established scale. The amount to be subsidized will in no case exceed 90% of the cost of the project nor will it be less than 30% of the same. The maximum amount of the subsidy may not exceed €7,000 for each project presented. Projects whose resulting amount is less than €200 will not be subsidized. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Twenty business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOP.
