Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities: Non-profit citizen entities with domicile located in the Nervión District, which are registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of the Seville City Council, and whose objectives include the defense of the general or sectoral interests of the residents of Seville, and are not exclusively of a political, union, commercial or religious nature. Second. Purpose: This call is intended to support the citizen entities of the District with the objective of strengthening and consolidating the associative movement, in order to encourage citizen participation in public affairs. Third. Regulatory bases: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Regulation of the General Subsidies Law, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the Bases for Execution of the Budget of the Hon. Seville City Council, Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the Regulation regulating the procedure applicable to Subsidies of the Seville City Council and the General Ordinance approving the Regulatory Bases of the Subsidies granted by the Seville City Council through the concession procedure under a competitive concurrence regime, of June 16, 2005 (BOP July 14, 2005). 2005).
