Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. People enrolled in the official Law Degree courses at the UCLM during the 2023/2024 academic year who meet the rest of the requirements of the call may apply for these aids, it being necessary for the student to continue with said studies during the period of enjoying the scholarship. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided for a collaboration scholarship intended for the beneficiary to collaborate, in a system of compatibility with their studies, in the development of the activities of the Legal Clinic of the DYD Chair, in accordance with the training plan of the scholarship provided for in Annex I, as well as the planning of activities included in Annex II. The activity entailed by these scholarships will be carried out from the date of registration of the beneficiaries in social security and will last 1 month, with a global dedication of 20 hours per week. The month of August is considered a non-working month for all purposes, if it falls within the period of enjoyment of the scholarships. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory Regulations for the Collaboration Scholarships of the University of Castilla la Mancha (approved by the Governing Council on December 20, 2021, DOCM no. 248 of 12-28-2021, and modified by the Governing Council of May 23, 2022, DOCM no. 104 of 6-1-2022) and regulatory bases that are part of the text entire call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 542.85 euros. The gross monthly amount of the scholarship is 426.67 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the date of signing the call until October 26, 2023.
