First.- Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: - The Town Councils and Provincial Councils of the Community of Castilla y León. - Public companies and public foundations of the Community of Castilla y León. - Consortia in which the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León and/or the local entities of Castilla y León have a majority or controlling interest. - The Public Universities of Castilla y León. Second.- Object. Promote the hiring by public sector entities of young unemployed people, over 16 and under 30 years of age, in the form of a training contract to obtain professional practice, to carry out functions or tasks that are their responsibility and in occupations-jobs that are consistent with the academic and/or professional training of the person hired, providing first experiences in employment in the public sector through the work practice necessary to reinforce their professional competencies and skills. social and professional. Third.- Regulatory Bases. By ORDER EEI/ 1576 /2021, of December 15, (BOCYL no. 242, of December 17), which adapts Order TES/1152/2021, of October 24, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies, intended for the financing of the “First professional experience program in public administrations”, for hiring unemployed young people in the core of the services provided by said public administrations, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (BOE no. 256, of October 26), to the organizational peculiarities and the regulations applicable to the Community of Castilla y León, modified by ORDEN IEM/1454/2022, of October 19, BOCYL no. 206, of October 25) and its subsequent modification by ORDER IEM/1454/2022, of October 19 (BOCYL no. 206, of October 25); ORDER IEM/923/2023, of July 17 (BOCYL no. 140, of July 21) and by ORDER IEM/1133/2023, of September 25 (BOCYL no. 188 of September 29). Fourth.- Amount. The total amount of the call is €5,454,889.00, in the applications and for the amounts detailed below: BUDGET APPLICATION AMOUNT 2023 G/241B01/76040 (Local Entities) €4,244,889 G/241B01/74016 (Public Universities) 270,000 € G/241B01/74108 (Public Companies) €70,000 G/241B01/74316 (Consortia) €600,000 G/241B01/74415 (Public Foundations) €270,000 Each beneficiary entity, at most, may request the subsidy to carry out the following training contracts to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies, within one of the following intervals and taking into account the three categories of activities and the budget forecast by categories provided for in the Seventh Resolution: a) City Councils and Provincial Councils: - Up to a maximum of 5 training contracts to obtain the professional practice appropriate to the level of studies, of the Social Security contribution groups 4 to 1, both inclusive, corresponding to Module B. - Up to a maximum of 6 training contracts to obtain the professional practice appropriate to the level of studies, of Social Security contribution groups 9 to 5, both inclusive, corresponding to Module A. In the case of carrying out training contracts of the 2 previous modalities corresponding to modules A and B, up to a maximum total of 5 training contracts of both modalities. b) Public companies: 1 training contract to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies, from the Social Security contribution group 9 to 5 or 4 to 1, corresponding to Module A and/or 1 training contract to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies, from the Social Security contribution group 9 to 5 or 4 to 1, corresponding to Module B. c) Public foundations of the Community of Castilla y León; Public universities and consortia in which the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León and/or local entities has a majority or controlling interest.
