Official description of the call
By resolution of the mayor's office of 10/20/2023, the file for the initiation of the call for competitive subsidies for the year 2023 was approved, according to the regulatory bases that appear as Annex IV of those for the execution of the Budget, for the promotion of cultural and sports activities. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3. b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published. 1. Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of this call is to establish financial aid for the following activities: -Promotion of cultural activities -Promotion of sports activities Sports clubs and individuals who promote the promotion of physical-sports activities will be eligible for these subsidies. The period that will be taken into account for carrying out the activities will be the calendar year (from January 1 to December 31). The following may not be subject to subsidy: - Activities that do not meet any requirement of these bases. - Leisure trips and living expenses, for this reason, these types of expenses cannot be included in the budgets presented for any other purpose. - Activities of a confessional nature or parties. - Activities related to excursions that do not have a marked cultural character (gastronomic, wine exaltation, etc...). - Activities in which drinks or food products are served, such as member parties and others, except those that, due to their tradition, are part of the traditional culture (magosto, samain, san xoan...etc). 2. Applicants. The following may apply for these subsidies: natural persons, legal entities, public or private, associations, neighborhood groups or organizing committees, communities of property or any other economic unit or separate assets that, although not having legal personality, can carry out the projects, activities or are in the situation that motivates the granting of the subsidy, and must appoint a representative with sufficient powers to fulfill the obligations of beneficiary. In all cases, they must meet the following requirements: - Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. - Lack of profit purposes. - Carry out their activities preferably in the municipal area, or in the case of being carried out outside of this, they must be activities that supplement or complement those attributed to the Neda City Council. - Not having to justify any subsidy granted by the Neda City Council. - Be up to date with tax obligations with the Neda City Council. 3. Documentation for the application. a) Individualized instance for each type of activity, signed by the president of the entity, association, or by whoever has the delegation conferred, and must duly accredit such circumstance, stating the amount of the subsidy requested. In the case of groups lacking legal personality, it must be presented by a natural person appointed by its members through the group's constitutive act as an entity lacking legal personality, and signed by all of them in which the person requesting the aid is authorized to receive it, to complete all the procedures for the subsidy, and to receive the amounts granted as a subsidy, as well as to justify it in due form. b) Detailed program or report of the activities to be carried out. c) Detailed budget of the expenses incurred by the activities for which the subsidy is requested and the income anticipated for its financing. d) Documentary or photographic accreditation of the activities to be carried out, whenever possible. e) Certification of representative positions and registered office, with expression of DNI or CIF. (If they are entities registered in the Registry of Associations of the City Council, such a procedure will not be required) f) Statutes of the entity in the case of associations and other legal entities. ((If they are entities registered in the Registry of Associations of the City Council, such a procedure will not be required.) g) Copy of the CIF of the entity. (If they are entities registered in the Registry of Associations of the City Council, this procedure will not be required). h) Declaration of whether they were granted other subsidies for the same activity from any administration or public entity.
