First. Beneficiaries: Cohabitation units that have their habitual residence established in the Ames City Council and that meet both the general and specific requirements of the call indicated below will be eligible for these subsidies. 1. Cohabitation unit for the purposes of this call • Cohabitation unit will be understood as the group of people who live in the same address and are linked to the applicant by marriage or any other form of stable relationship analogous to conjugal, by birth, adoption or fostering. • In cases of annulment, separation or divorce of the parents, the beneficiary of the subsidy will be the father or mother who has custody of the sons and daughters, in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory agreement or in the judgment of separation, divorce or modification of measures. The sons and daughters must be part of the same cohabitation unit as the parent who has custody, a circumstance that must be accredited by the corresponding cohabitation certificate. In the case of joint care and custody, a single subsidy will be granted to the parent who requested it. In the event that both parents submit the application separately, it will be resolved in the order of entry of the applications in the Registry, with the application submitted last being inadmissible for processing for this reason. • In no case may parents deprived of parental authority over their sons and daughters be beneficiaries, nor when guardianship has been assumed by a public institution. 2. General requirements All members of the coexistence unit who request the subsidies called by the Ames City Council must comply, in any case, with the following requirements: a) Not be involved in any of the cases referred to in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. b) Be up to date with compliance with the obligations with the Tax Agency, Social Security and the Ames City Council, prior to the formalization of the reasoned proposal of the managing body. In accordance with the provisions of article 24.4 of Royal Decree 887/2006, the accreditation of this requirement will be carried out through the presentation of a responsible declaration signed by all members of the cohabitation unit over 18 years of age, without prejudice to the subsequent control provided for in article 75.3 of the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies and in article 9 of these Bases. c) Not have pending justification for any previous subsidy, unless an extension has been granted. 3. Specific requirements of the call. Cohabitation units that meet the following specific requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies subject to this call: a) Habitual residence in the Ames City Council. The cohabitation unit and all the members who appear in the title of large family must have established their habitual residence in the Ames City Council for a minimum uninterrupted period of one year as of the date of submission of the application. In the event that one of the parents is working outside the Autonomous Community of Galicia and is not registered in this municipality, they must prove this by means of a copy of the corresponding work contract and any other document that proves their effective residence (rental contract, etc.). In the case of single-parent families, only the father or mother who has custody of the sons and daughters will be required to be registered, for a minimum of one year. In the case of minors who have a guardian, it will be required that this person be registered in the municipal registry. b) Large family title Be in possession of the large family title in force at the time of submission of the application.
