Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdntrans) and in this Official Gazette of the Board of Andalusia. First. Call. A call is made for the year 2023, on a non-competitive basis, for the granting of subsidies for the certification of certain products or services according to the standards of the Parque Natural de Andalucía brand (Line 1). Second. Regulatory bases. The applications processed under this call will be governed in all aspects by the provisions of the Order of September 19, 2021, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, for the certification of natural or artisanal products, and nature tourism services, according to the standards of the Parque Natural de Andalucía brand, and for the accreditation as certification entities of products or services for the evaluation of their conformity. (BOJA no. 187 of September 28, 2021), which has been modified by the Order of June 2, 2022, which modifies the Order of September 19, 2021, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, for the certification of natural or artisanal products and nature tourism services, according to the standards of the Parque Natural de Andalusia, and for accreditation as certification entities for products or services for the evaluation of their conformity (BOJA no. 109 of June 9, 2022). Third. Financing and amount. 1. The subsidies called for in this order are financed entirely with the Autonomous Community of Andalusia's own resources and are considered State Aid, which is why they are subject to the European regulations provided for the de minimis regime contemplated in Regulation (EU) No. Commission 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid, to Regulation (EU) No. Commission Regulation 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agricultural sector, as well as Regulation (EU) No. 717/2014, of the Commission, of June 27, 2014, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the fishing and aquaculture sector. 2. Multi-year commitments are acquired in accordance with the provisions of article 40 of the Consolidated Text of the Public Finance Law of the Government of Andalusia, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2. Likewise, expense files may be processed as advance processing, in accordance with the provisions of article 40 bis of the same legal body. 4. In addition to the maximum credit available for this call, exceptionally there may be an additional amount that may amount to a maximum of forty thousand euros (€40,000) in each budget item, whose application to the concession will not require a new call, which could be incorporated into the maximum amount indicated prior to the granting resolution being issued, as a consequence of an increase in available credit derived from a generation, an extension or an incorporation of credit in accordance with the provisions and
