BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF AID TO LOCAL ATHLETES FOR THE PRACTICE OF INDIVIDUAL SPORTS 1.- OBJECT The object of this program will be the sporting activity carried out by individual athletes from Algaida who participate in official sports competitions at the island, regional and/or state level, which are not included in another municipal subsidy program. The aid covered by this call does not create any type of right for future years. 2.- APPLICABLE REGIME This call is subject to Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, and Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which develops it. This call will be published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands and in the National Subsidies Database. The electronic headquarters of the Algaida City Council will also be available to all interested parties (http://ajalgaida.sedeelectronica.es). 3.- BUDGET ALLOCATION AND AMOUNT The maximum budget that will be allocated for the granting of regulated aid to these regulatory bases will be one thousand euros (€1,000), charged to the current municipal budget 2023, budget application 2023/01/341/48600. The amount of financial aid will be €200.00 each. In the event that the total aid exceeds the budget allocation, the amounts granted will be reduced proportionally. 4.- ELIGIBLE EXPENSES The following will be considered eligible expenses: - Expenses generated from sports licenses, arbitrations/competition judges, registration for official competitions, insurance/mutual benefits and all those related to the corresponding sports federation. - Expenses generated by athletes' travel and/or accommodation to participate in official sports competitions. Eligible expenses must have been executed and paid within the period between October 19, 2022 (date of the day after the approval of the regulatory bases for the year 2022) and the date of approval of these regulatory bases. 5.- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF APPLICANTS Young people who, between October 19, 2022 and the date of approval of these regulatory bases, meet the following conditions may qualify for this call: Be registered in the municipality of Algaida (the City Council will verify this ex officio) Be under 30 years of age. Have a current federative license for an individual sports discipline that cannot be developed in a sports club in the municipality of Algaida. Be up to date with tax and social security obligations. Not be subject to any of the causes of incompatibility and meet the requirements established in article 13 of Law 30/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. 6.- FORM AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The applications will be directed to the mayor's office of the Algaida City Council, and will be presented in the General Registry of the Algaida City Council or to any of the places provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrators. Applicants will have to attach the following documentation to the application (form 1): Identification of the person signing the application and the character with which they do so, by means of a photocopy of their DNI, NIF or other supporting document. Identification of who will be the beneficiary by means of a photocopy of their DNI, NIF or other supporting document. Responsible declaration by the beneficiary, if he is of legal age, that he is up to date with his tax and social security obligations, and that he is not subject to any of the causes of incompatibility and that he meets the requirements set out in article 13 of Law 30/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. If you are a minor, the declaration will have to be signed by the father, mother or legal guardian (model 2). Data of the bank account to which the amount of the subsidy that could eventually be granted must be transferred (model 3). Supporting account of the activities carried out and justified expenses, accompanied by the original invoice of the corresponding expenses and the bank receipt of payment (form 4).
