* In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of * Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the * extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the * National Subsidies Database: * * https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/index * * I.- Regulatory bases. * * The granting of these subsidies will be governed in accordance with * the provisions of Decree 36/2009, of March 31, which * establishes the general subsidy regime of the Autonomous Community of * the Canary Islands (hereinafter, Decree 36/2009, of March 31), and the regulation * contained in the basic precepts of Law 38/2003, of November 17 *, General of Subsidies and its Regulations, approved by * Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. * * The object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy and the requirements * required of applicants will be those established in said regulatory * bases. * * II.- Budget allocation, amount and distribution of * subsidies. * * 1.- The granting of these subsidies will be limited to the * existing budgetary availability. * * 2.- There is credit for the call regulated in this order, * for an amount of five hundred thousand euros (€500,000.00), conditioned on the * existence of adequate and sufficient credit, for the current year * charged to the budget application: 1204 456D classification * economic 7800200 Subv to families and non-profit institutions, * PEP ELEMENT: 237G0008 "Centers Authorized for Exotic * Invasive Species (EEI)". * * 3.- The distribution of the funds allocated corresponding to the * fiscal year 2023 will be processed under a competitive concurrence regime * among the applications received, evaluating the applications in accordance * with the regulatory bases and granting a subsidy to those that obtain * the highest score, until budget availability is exhausted, * taking into account the following criteria: * * a).- Those initiatives that are * related in base 5 of the bases may be subsidized. regulatory authorities, up to a maximum total amount * per beneficiary of 80,000 euros. * * b).- The amount of the subsidy may be up to 100% of the cost of * the complete performance. * * c).- Each authorized center will be subsidized, at least, for the * best valued initiative in accordance with base 10, and for a maximum amount * of 50,000 euros. * * d).- If the credit is not sufficient to meet the total * of admitted applications, for the one that is positioned last among * the proposals to be granted, a subsidy will be assigned for the amount * left over from the distribution, if any. * * e).- In the event that the total amount proposed is greater than the * maximum amount consigned, the Valuation Commission will determine the * proportion in which, equally for all subsidies requested, * the proposed amount must be reduced. * * III.- Beneficiaries. * * 1.- The * entities described in base 4 of the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of this call. * * 2.- The subjects listed in article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1 *, on the Common Administrative Procedure of the * Public Administrations (hereinafter LPAC) have the obligation to * present their applications and interact with the Administration, throughout the * procedure for granting these subsidies, by * electronic means through the electronic headquarters of the Government of the Canary Islands. * * IV.- Requests. * * The applications, together with the documentation required in the * regulatory bases, will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the * Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands (https://sede.gobcan.es/sede/) within a period of 2 * months, counting from the day following the publication in the * Official Gazette of the Canary Islands of this call. * * The application for the specific procedure in the Catalog of the * Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands is found at the following link: * * https://sede.gobcan.es/sede/tramites/8606. * * V.- Means of notification. * * 1.- In accordance with the provisions of article 45.1, b) of the LPAC, the * proposed provisional resolution and the definitive * concession resolution will be published on the bulletin board of the electronic headquarters * of the Ministry, without prejudice to its notification by * appearance at the electronic headquarters. * * 2.- The other procedures that must be carried out
