Official description of the call

Approved by Mayor's Resolution number 2023/3535 dated November 6, 2023, the call and selection criteria for beneficiaries of municipal housing aid under Decree 79/2023, of May 26, of the Consell; in accordance with the provisions of article 70.2 of Law 7/85, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime, which is made public for general knowledge. As established in the call in its article 15 'The present approval of the call that contains the specific regulatory criteria for the direct granting of aid to provide housing solutions to people in situations of special vulnerability will be published on the Transparency Portal through the City Council website, in the National Subsidies Database, as well as an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province through the National Subsidies Database.
