Official description of the call
People born or registered in Logroño, as well as those enrolled in an educational center in Logroño, aged between 16 and 25 years, as of December 31, 2023, may participate individually or collectively. Minors will present the corresponding adult authorization. Each participant may present a maximum of one individual project and participate in another group. Those enrolled in an educational center must specify the center and the course. People who obtain a prize in this edition will not be able to participate in the next one in the same category. Second.- Object. Financing young ideas for the realization of projects in various artistic modalities: literary, plastic arts, audiovisual, musical, theatrical or any other artistic manifestation. Third.- Regulatory Bases. Regulatory bases of the IV “Inicia” scholarship competition for young ideas approved by Mayor's Resolution dated October 10, 2019 (BOR No. 125 dated October 16, 2019). Fourth.- Amount. Total amount: €19,500 Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications. All scanned documentation of the originals and the project will be submitted to the email initiation@logrono.es within 15 business days from the date of publication of the extract of the call in the BOR. Sixth.- Other data of interest. -Call: the full text of the Call will be available on the Logroño City Council website, at the following link: -Requests: The documentation and the project will be submitted to the email incia@logrono.es -Documentation. The one provided for in article 3 of the Regulatory Bases. -Evaluation criteria: Those provided for in Article 6 of the Regulatory Bases. -Payment method: The amount will be paid in two installments: 70% at the time of the concession and 30% once the work has been presented, a brief descriptive and graphic report of the entire process and the mandatory procedures carried out to proceed with its payment. -Form of justification: In accordance with the provisions of article 7 of the Regulatory Bases.
