Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. People enrolled in official undergraduate education at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) during the 2023/24 academic year may apply for these aids, and it is necessary for the student to continue with said studies during the period of enjoyment of the scholarship and to meet the rest of the requirements of the call. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided for a collaboration scholarship aimed at facilitating the student's collaboration, in a system of compatibility with their studies, in the organization of the mobility of the center's students, in accordance with the training plan and the planning and programming of tasks included in Annexes I and II of this call. The objective is for you to acquire knowledge of the organization and management of the student mobility regime and its educational significance in the academic and professional context. Collaboration in mobility matters enhances the acquisition of skills provided for in the corresponding report of ongoing studies verified by ANECA. The activity involved in this scholarship will be carried out between January 8 and December 31, 2024. The overall dedication of the scholarship will be ten (10) hours per week. The month of August is considered a non-working month for all purposes and will not be taken into account in calculating the effective duration of the scholarship. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory Regulations for the Collaboration Scholarships of the University of Castilla la Mancha (approved by the Governing Council on December 20, 2021, DOCM no. 248 of 12-28-2021, and modified by the Governing Council of May 23, 2022, DOCM no. 104 of 6-1-2022) and regulatory bases that are part of the text entire call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 2,937.45 euros. The gross monthly amount of the scholarship is 213.33 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from November 13 to 2:00 p.m. on November 20, 2023.
