Official description of the call
Beneficiaries The beneficiaries will be all those entities with registered office in the territorial area of the Northern District that are registered in the Registry of Citizen Entities and whose purpose is the defense of the general or sectoral interests of the residents of Seville, and whose purposes are not exclusively political, union, commercial or religious. Likewise, they must meet the requirements established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and other applicable regulations, as well as those established in the bases, which they must maintain until the corresponding justification of expenses is approved, among others, having justified any subsidy previously granted by the City Council of Seville as well as by the Northern District within the deadline to do so. Purpose This call will grant aid to Entities of the Northern District that respond to line of action LINE 1: Granting of subsidies to Entities, Associations, Federations and Confederations within the scope of action in the Northern District in the form of Operating Expenses. The expenses that may be financed within this modality are, among others: Rental of corporate headquarters, as well as community expenses. The costs of supplies for the headquarters: electricity, water, landline telephone line, mobile telephone line and internet. For the latter, they must be accompanied by a responsible declaration from the representative of the entity that certifies that said consumption is essential for the operation of the entity and that it has been used in the management of the entity itself and not for the personal use of its members. Personnel expenses: Payrolls and social insurance. Management expenses Office expenses for the ordinary management of the association (consumable office supplies, photocopies, photocopier rental, etc.) as long as they do not exceed 10% of the eligible budget. Cleaning products as long as they do not exceed 10% of the eligible budget. Expenses for repairing small damages, painting, etc., as long as they do not exceed 10% of the eligible budget. Headquarters coverage insurance (except civil liability insurance) Subscriptions to newspapers and databases. Creation and maintenance of Web pages. The following are expressly excluded: -Inventory expenses or investments: This is related to purchases that, at the end of the year, remain in the association's assets since they have not been consumed, and therefore appear in the inventory and balance sheet. -Expenses that correspond to the implementation of specific projects. Regulatory Bases The Bases that regulate the granting of Subsidies intended to defray Operating Expenses for the year 2023 directed to Entities of the Northern District, will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville. Amount The credit reserved in this call amounts to the amount of €34,000, which will be distributed by prorating the maximum global amount allocated to this call among all those that meet the requirements established in these bases, once scaled applying the criteria established in the Bases and taking into account that the maximum amount of aid reaches up to the limit of €1,500.00 (taxes included). Deadline for submitting applications The maximum deadline for submitting applications ends on November 17, 2023. Other information Included with this call are the model forms that interested entities must use for the different phases of the procedure and which must be signed by the legal representative of the applicant entity and duly completed, and can be downloaded from the sevilla.org website.
