Official description of the call
First.-. Beneficiaries: Families with minors registered in Arroyo de la Encomienda, enrolled in First Cycle Early Childhood Education Centers (0 to 3 years old), both public and private, located in Arroyo de la Encomienda during the 2023-2024 academic year may apply for this aid. To be granted aid, it will be essential that the following requirements be met: a. That the students benefiting from the aid are enrolled in First Cycle Early Childhood Education in public or private centers in Arroyo de la Encomienda during the 2023-2024 school year. b. That the students benefiting from the aid are registered in Arroyo de la Encomienda. c. That the father, mother or guardian of the student, who requests the aid, is registered in Arroyo de la Encomienda. Second.-. Eligible expenses: These are those incurred for school meals in public or private Children's Centers in Arroyo de la Encomienda, for the 2023-2024 academic year. Third.-. Purpose of the Call: It is the granting of aid for school meals for minors registered in Arroyo de la Encomienda, enrolled in First Cycle Early Childhood Education Centers (from 0 to 3 years old) during the 2023-2024 academic year, in Centers of the aforementioned early childhood education cycle of Arroyo de la Encomienda (municipal Children's Schools, Children's Centers and private daycare centers). Room.-. Amount of aid and economic criteria for granting it: The amount of aid will consist of: -50% of the cost of the school cafeteria with a limit of €50 per month, in the case of family units with an income of up to 3.5 times the current IPREM -25% of the cost of the school cafeteria with a limit of €30 per month, in the case of family units with an income between 3.5 and 4.5 times the current IPREM. Fifth.-. Formalization and deadline for submitting applications: The application will be addressed to the Mayor of the City Council of Arroyo de la Encomienda, according to the model that appears in the ANNEX of this call. The application may be submitted: Telematically at the Electronic Office/Electronic Registry. -With electronic certificate. - With Electronic DNI. In person: In the Municipal Registry of Arroyo de la Encomienda, Plaza de España, 1. In any of the registries provided for in Art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The application and responsible declaration will appear in the attached ANNEX. One application will be submitted for each student. Application submission period: For students enrolled from September 1 to December 2023, the submission period will be December 1 to 10, 2023. For students enrolling from January to March 2024, the submission deadline will be March 1 to 10, 2024. For students enrolling from April to July 2024, the submission deadline will be July 1 to 10, 2024. Sixth.-. Justification of the aid granted: Three subsidized periods are established: from September to December, from January to March and from April to July. At the beginning of January, April and August, the Socio-cultural Area will require the presentation of this documentation, which must be presented within the first fifteen calendar days of the months of January, April and August. The expense of the dining room may be justified by any means admitted by law that proves payment, and in particular: - bank transfer made or bank receipt or invoice issued with the notation of paid, for this concept. - Report or certificate from the educational center proving that the meal period and the amount have been paid. Seventh.-. Aid payment procedure: The aid will be paid by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated in the application, which must be held by the father, mother or guardian who appears in the ANNEX of the call, as the aid applicant. Payment of the transfer constitutes acceptance of the subsidy and the completion of its notification. A transfer will be made corresponding to each justified period. Eighth.-.
