Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: In general, the beneficiaries of the aid must meet the following requirements: - People over 18 years of age. - Not being subject to any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. - Be up to date with the fulfillment of your tax duties with the AEAT and with the TXSS and with the Ames City Council, for which it will be sufficient to accept a responsible declaration. Second. Purpose: The BONOS CONSUMA program aims to promote the strengthening of the Ames retail and hospitality sector, energize commercial activity by promoting purchases of goods in stores and consumption in Ames hospitality establishments. The purpose of these bases is the regulation of the aid that the Ames City Council will grant, through the non-competitive competition procedure, provided for in article 19.2 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, to people over 18 years of age, to promote economic reactivation through consumption in local commerce and hospitality establishments of the municipality that adhere to the initiative through the procedure described in these bases. Third. Amount: The Ames City Council allocates to this call 61,000.00 euros in direct aid for the acquisition of bonds and 18,101.60 euros to defray the costs of the application, banking costs and other costs involved in managing the aid, charged to the budget application 4314.48000 of the municipal budget for the year 2023. Fourth. Place and deadline for submitting applications: 1. To request and obtain the bonuses, each user must register on the platform enabled by the collaborating entity Abanca Corporación Bancaria S.A. indicating the following information: a) Name and surname. b) Majority of age. c) DNI or NIE. d) Location of residence (postal code). e) Mobile phone number. f) Email. 2. The use of the website and the downloading of the vouchers by the users will imply acceptance of the conditions of use and the information regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of data and therefore it repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, of which they will be appropriately informed. 3. Users must responsibly declare the veracity of the indicated data. The Ames City Council may request, at any time, documents accrediting the aforementioned requirements. 4. Likewise, users must responsibly declare that they are up to date with the fulfillment of their duties with the State Treasury and the Autonomous Administration, with Social Security, as well as with the Ames City Council. Deadlines: The BONOS CONSUMA program will be in effect from December 15, 2023 to January 31, 2024, or until funds are exhausted. The Ames City Council may modify said date if organizational or other reasons so advise, giving appropriate publicity.
