Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the aid who have sufficient capacity to act, the fathers, mothers or legal guardians of those beneficiaries who meet the following requirements may apply for the aid called: Be registered in Albal, along with the rest of the members of the family unit on the final date of submitting applications. Be in possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% issued by the Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies or a justifying report prepared by the municipal psycho-pedagogical cabinet or SPEE of the educational center and that they have started the process of assessing the disability Second.- Purpose and object of the aid. The purpose of this call is to grant aid to people with disabilities equal to or greater than 33%. It may also be granted to primary education students with special educational needs without a disability certificate following a justifying report prepared by the municipal psychopedagogical cabinet or SPEE of the educational center. Budget allocation Thirteen thousand three hundred euros (€13,300) charged to budget application 410.2311.480692 (Social Action. Functional diversity aid) of the current City Council budget. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The regular deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
