First. Call The following lines of subsidies are called through advance processing, in the form of granting a non-competitive concurrence regime, by the Andalusian Women's Institute within the framework of Order August 29, 2023, which modifies the Order of February 23, 2021, in the maximum amount specified for each of them and charged to the budget credits that are also indicated for each line: Line 1: Financial aid to victims of gender violence. Maximum Amount (euros): 200,000 euros Budget Item: 1831010000 G/31T/48003/00 01 Line 2. Financial aid for women victims of gender violence who prove insufficient resources and special difficulties in obtaining employment. Maximum Amount (euros): 1,500,000 euros Budget Item: 1831180000 G/31T/48003/00 S0570 Second. Beneficiaries. Women victims of gender violence who meet the requirements indicated in Annex I accompanying this extract may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Third. Object. The purpose of each of the lines called for is described in Annex I that accompanies this resolution. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Andalusian Women's Institute, on a non-competitive basis, approved by the Order of August 29, 2023 (BOJA number 168, of September 1, 2023) that modifies the Order of February 23, 2021. Fifth. Amount. The maximum endowment for the 2024 annuity of each of the lines called is reflected in the table included in the first point of this extract, without prejudice to the provisions of the first provision, point 2 of the Resolution of December 12, 2023 of the Andalusian Women's Institute, by which the call for financial aid is carried out through advance processing, under a non-competitive competition regime, to women victims of gender violence, for the year 2024. Sixth. Applications and place of presentation. 1. Requests will be addressed to the Head of the Directorate of the Andalusian Women's Institute. 2. Applications may be submitted in the places indicated in section 10.c) of the summary table of each Subsidy Line, approved by Order of August 29, 2023. They may also be submitted in the electronic registry of the Administration of the Government of Andalusia, in accordance with the provisions of article 16.4.a) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, at the following address: https://www.juntadeandalucia.es/servicios.html. Seventh. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Eighth. Other data.
