Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: As many local businesses located in the municipality (natural or legal persons) may participate in this Contest, they wish to do so and register for it, filling out the form published for this purpose on the municipal website, and sending it signed to the email: comercialescaparates@alpedrete.es Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to regulate the call for the 2023-2024 Christmas Shop Window Contest, which will take place from December 20, 2023 to January 6, 2024. The dual purpose of this contest is, on the one hand, for businesses to participate by beautifying their shop windows during the Christmas period, making them more attractive, and thus encouraging citizens to visit the establishments. of the different commercial areas, and, on the other hand, we seek to promote commercial activity in our municipality by encouraging purchases in local commercial establishments. Amount: The prize awarded on the occasion of the contest amounts to a maximum total amount of €600.00, which will be charged to item 433.48108. The payment of these prizes is subject to their effective budget provision, in the budget corresponding to the 2024 financial year. The following non-cumulative cash prizes will be awarded, the payment procedure of which is explained in the tenth clause of the call: · First prize, for the best window display in the 2023/24 Christmas window display competition: Awarded with €300.00. · Second prize in the 2023/24 Christmas window display competition: Awarded €200.00. · Third prize in the 2023/24 Christmas window display competition: Awarded €100.00. Sixth. Application submission period: The registration period will be from December 1 to 12, 2023.
