First: Beneficiaries Women who meet the following requirements on the date of submission of the application may be beneficiaries of these social benefits: -Being a victim of gender violence. -Have effective residence in a municipality of Castilla-La Mancha. -Do not live with the aggressor. -Lack general or specialized preparation. -Having special difficulties in obtaining a job. -Have no income that, on a monthly basis, exceeds 75% of the current Minimum Interprofessional Wage, excluding the proportional part of two extraordinary payments. Second. Purpose To publish the budget credit available in 2024 to finance social aid, aimed at women victims of gender violence with special difficulties in obtaining employment. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of 12-22-2008, of the Ministry of the Presidency, approving the regulatory bases for social aid aimed at women victims of gender violence with special difficulties in obtaining employment. Room. Financing and amount of the subsidy The budgetary credit available during the year 2024, to meet the obligations of economic content intended to finance the aforementioned aid, will be financed from the budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, to the budget program 323B Promotion of Gender Equality. The maximum total amount allocated is 162,000.00 euros, which will be allocated to budget item 70.01.323B.48121. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The application submission period will be open throughout the 2024 budget year. Applications may be submitted by any of the following means: a) Preferably electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es/trami tesygestiones/social-aids-directed-women-victims-of-gender-violence-with-specials) b) Through its presentation in any of the registries and by the means provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
