First. Object. The purpose of this resolution is to call for the granting of subsidies for tutoring and advice to entrepreneurial people in Castilla-La Mancha, in the financial year 2026. Second. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases are contained in Order 80/2026, of May 26, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for tutoring and advice to entrepreneurs, in Castilla-La Mancha, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha no. 105 of June 5, 2026. Third. Beneficiaries. The entities provided for as such in section 1 of article 4 of Order 80/2026, of May 26, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, may be beneficiaries of the aid called for by this resolution, with those provided for in section 2 being expressly excluded from them. Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies 1. The amount of credit available for the call amounts to a total of 364,000.00 euros. 2. The maximum total amount established in this call may be increased in the terms and conditions provided for in article 23.1 letter b) 1 of Decree 21/2008, of February 5, which approves the Regulation for the development of the Consolidated Text of the Finance Law of Castilla-La Mancha on subsidies approved by Legislative Decree 1/2002, of November 19, with a additional amount of up to 10% of the total amount. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. 1. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days from the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. 2. The applications will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate responsible for self-employment and will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es), which will be accompanied by annexes II, III, IV, V, VI, and VII, which are incorporated into this resolution. When submitted in this way, the documents to be provided will be digitized and presented along with the application as files attached to it.
