Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the National Subsidies Database, at the address http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans. First.- The following lines of subsidies provided for in the Order of July 30, 2020, which approve the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, to support material or immaterial investments in the transformation, marketing or development of new agricultural products, within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program, are called for the year 2023, in the form of concession under a competitive concurrence regime. 2014-2020 (submeasure 4.2., operations 4.2.1 and 4.2.2.) including the aid contemplated in the Integrated Territorial Investment 2014-2020 of the province of Cádiz, for line 3 "Line 3. Support for material and immaterial investment projects in the transformation, marketing or development of new agricultural products in the olive and table olive sector (Operation 4.2.2.)" in the maximum total amount, the distribution in annuities, and charged to the budget credits that are also indicated: Second.- Beneficiary persons or entities: Natural or legal persons in the olive sector, considered SMEs or large companies, that carry out and assume the activities of transformation, marketing or development of agricultural products or agricultural by-products. Third.- Purpose: The purpose of aid to support material and intangible investments in the transformation, marketing or development of new agricultural products is to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the agri-food sector and increasing the added value of agricultural products. Fourth.- Regulatory bases: Order of July 30, 2020 approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, to support material or intangible investments in the transformation, marketing or development of new agricultural products, within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020 (submeasure 4.2., operations 4.2.1 and 4.2.2.) including the aid contemplated in the Integrated Territorial Investment 2014-2020 of the province of Cádiz, published in BOJA no. 150 of August 5, 2020, modified by the Order of October 24, 2022, published in BOJA no. processing). Fifth.- Amount: The amount of the subsidy will consist of a certain percentage of the total budget of eligible activities. A minimum percentage is set for this line, depending on the type of company and its size, and this may be increased in certain circumstances listed in the corresponding summary table. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications: Two months from the day following the day of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia of this extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
