Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. This extract is intended to reflect the call for the line of aid for projects included in Submeasure 19.2, Support for the implementation of operations in accordance with the participatory local development strategy, action "Renewal of populations in rural areas" established in the Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period. 2014-2020 (DOE No. 228 of November 25, 2020) which was approved by the decision-making bodies of the Local Action Group and has the authorization of the person in charge of the governing body with powers in matters of rural development, in application of the provisions of article 28.6 of the aforementioned Order. The call will be applicable in the geographical area of the Sierra Suroeste region: Fregenal de la Sierra, Higuera la Real, Jerez de los Caballeros, Oliva de la Frontera, Salvaleón, Salvatierra de los Barros, Valencia del Mombuey, Valle de Matamoros, Valle de Santa Ana and Zahinos. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the LEADER axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid. The following persons will be considered beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid: non-profit associations and institutions, with legal personality, local entities, associations of municipalities that promote non-productive projects that aim to improve the quality of life of the rural population. All in accordance with the provisions of the Order of November 18, 2020. Third o. Regulatory bases. Order of November 18, 2020, regulating the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period 2014-2020. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of €5,000 will be allocated, which will be paid from Budget Application 120030000/G/314A/7 8000/FR14190200/20160174, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. These aids are considered State aid, complying with the relevant conditions of the Guidelines for State Aid in the Agricultural and Forestry Sectors and in Rural Areas from 2014-2020, and can therefore benefit from the exception provided for in Article 107 section 3 letter c of the TFEU in concept of measures aimed at the development of the agricultural sector, its approval being communicated by means of an Aid document. State/SpainSA.42670(2015/N). The intensity of aid may reach a maximum of 90% of the eligible expenditure for non-profit associations and institutions and 100% in the case of beneficiaries of public aid, with a limit of 200,000 euros per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be from the day following its publication in the DOE until JANUARY 31, 2024.
