BDNS (Identif): 734227 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and herein BOJA. First. The granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for the financing of projects that promote the social participation of women, the promotion of gender equality and the prevention of violence against women, within the framework of the Order of December 9, 2020 (BOJA no. 240, of December 15, 2020), of the Ministry of Equality, Social Policies and Conciliation. Second. Beneficiary Entities Entities that meet the requirements established in the fourth section of the summary table of the Regulatory Bases approved by the Order of December 9, 2020 (BOJA no. 240, of December 15, 2020) may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. The requirements to apply for the subsidy and its form of accreditation are included in the fourth and fifteenth sections, letter b) of the summary table of the Regulatory Bases. Third. Purpose The financing of projects that encourage the social participation of women, the promotion of gender equality and the prevention of violence against women. Room. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to women's associations and federations for the implementation of projects that promote the social participation of women, the promotion of gender equality and the prevention of violence against women, approved by Order of December 9, 2020 (BOJA no. 240, of December 15, 2020). Fifth. Amount. The maximum total amount allocated to this call amounts to 1,100,000 euros. The granting of the subsidies will be financed, for the financial year 2024, from the expense budget items 1831010000/G/32G/48000/00 01 (700,000 euros) and 1831180000 G/31T/48000/00 S0689 (400,000 euros), being the total amount maximum allocated to this call of 1,100,000 euros, being limited, in any case, by the existing budgetary availability and conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the Budget Law that must be approved by Parliament. In the event that a possible increase in the maximum credit available for this call occurs after the granting resolution is issued and without the need for a new call to be issued, a complementary resolution may be issued to the subsidy granting resolution, incorporating all the applicant entities that, meeting the necessary requirements to be considered a beneficiary, would not have obtained such status due to the initially consigned credit having been exhausted, in accordance with the provisions of article 10.e) of the Regulation of Grant Grant Procedures. the Administration of the Government of Andalusia. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 1 month and 15 days from the day following publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of this extract. Seventh. Other data.
