Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries: Agricultural associative entities (Agrarian Cooperatives and Agrarian Transformation Companies), legally constituted, established and with tax domicile in the Principality of Asturias that carry out an economic activity, on which falls the financial burden of eligible actions or investments, may be beneficiaries. Second.- Purpose: The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies to agricultural associative entities for the improvement of agricultural holdings in the territorial scope of the Principality of Asturias, included in submeasure 4.1.1. of the Rural Development Program 2014-2022 co-financed by the EAFRD, for: 1- Acquisition of machinery and equipment including computer equipment, computer programs and licenses for the use of computer programs. In this case, the equipment and computer programs must be intended for common use in the management between the agricultural associative entity and its associated agricultural holdings and will be limited to 20% of the total eligible investment. All investment goods will be subsidized at market prices. In the case of requesting a subsidy for investments made by agricultural associative entities for the exclusive use of their members on their agricultural holdings, they must present a detailed list of the destination of the investments for which they are requesting a subsidy, which must include: Agricultural holding to which the investment will be directed, in the event that it is a replacement of existing equipment, they must proceed to justify it in the manner required by letter g) of section 3.3 of the sixth regulatory basis. 2- General costs linked to the previous section, such as professional fees, projects and feasibility studies, with a limit of 12% of the total eligible investment. 3-Minimum amount of eligible expenses: €6,000 Third.-Regulatory bases: -Consolidated text of the regulatory bases that will govern the granting of subsidies to agricultural associative entities for the improvement of agricultural holdings (BOPA no. 55 of March 20, 2019) Fourth.- Amount Total amount of the call: 300,000.00 euros, distributed as follows -Year 2024: 100,000.00 euros. -Year 2025: 200,000.00 euros. An additional amount of 100,000 euros may be allocated in the cases contemplated in art. 58 of RD.887/2006. According to the following distribution: -Year 2024: 50,000.00 euros. -Year 2025: 50,000.00 euros. Subsidy intensity: 30-40% of eligible expenses according to the evaluation of the application. Maximum subsidy per beneficiary: €500,000 Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications is 45 CALENDAR DAYS starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias.
