Approval of the call and indication of the regulatory bases for the subsidies Subsidies are called for the financial year 2024 to carry out training actions corresponding to training specialties leading to obtaining professional or professional certificates, Grade C, and certificates of competence, Grade B, aimed primarily at unemployed people. Purpose This resolution aims to call for subsidies for the financial year 2024 aimed at carrying out training actions in the Valencian Community aimed primarily at unemployed workers, which provide them with the professional qualification to carry out an occupation appropriate to the needs of the labor market and stimulate their labor insertion, through the programming modalities contemplated in the call resolution. Third. Recipients of the courses In the training actions, aimed at unemployed people, employed people may also participate in a percentage that does not exceed 30 percent of the total number of scheduled participants. In any case, unemployed people will have preference in the selection with respect to employed people. Within the group of employed people, those with a temporary or part-time contract will have priority. Room. Beneficiary entities 1. Public or private training centers and entities, as well as companies or business associations with a presence in the territorial area of ​​the Valencian Community, authorized, accredited and/or registered in the corresponding Registry of training entities for the training specialties subject to training, will be beneficiaries of the subsidies, in accordance with the programming modalities and requirements established in the call. Fifth. Amount The subsidies that are called under this resolution are intended to carry out training actions leading to professional or professional certificates aimed primarily at unemployed people that will be financed with finalist funds from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. These training actions will be linked to the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications and aimed at obtaining professional or professional certificates and certificates of competence. A maximum global amount of €48,560,000.00 is allocated to cover the subsidies, charged to subsidy line S0137 of chapter IV of subprogram 322C02, of the budget of LABORA Valencian Employment and Training Service for the year 2024, with the breakdown that appears in the call resolution. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the call resolution in the DOGV.
