Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. Subsidies intended for the extension of the subsidy for the hiring of Employment and Local Development Agents within the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, corresponding to the year 2024. Second. Beneficiaries The City Councils, the Associations of municipalities, the Provincial Councils, and their dependent or linked Entities, of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura that have been beneficiaries of these subsidies in the last call and that maintain the hiring of the Employment and Local Development Agent. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 251/2008, of December 12, which establishes the regulatory bases of subsidies for the hiring of Employment and Local Development Agents in the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the call for the initial hiring of the same (DOE no. 245, of December 19), modified by Decree 269/2011, of November 11 (DOE no. 221, of November 17) and by Decree 94/2012, of June 1, (DOE no. 109, of June 7), by Decree 282/2015, of October 2 (DOE no. 195, of October 8) and by Decree 110/2016, of July 19 ( DOE number 142, of July 25). Room. Amount. The total amount of the call amounts to 2,275,000.00 euros charged to fiscal year 2024 and budget application 130080000/G/242A/46000/20080271/TE24001001. The amount of the subsidy for each of the extensions will be calculated according to the following scale: -80 percent of the total labor costs if it is the first or second extension of the subsidy (second or third year of contract respectively), with a maximum of 27,045.55 euros for each subsidized contract. -50 percent of the total labor costs if it is the third and successive extensions of the subsidy (fourth year of contract), with a maximum of 16,903.47 euros for each subsidized contract. Fifth. Application submission deadline. During the validity of the call, which will be one year from the day following the publication of the resolution of the call and this extract in the DOE, interested entities must submit the extension request for each Agent that has been hired, no later than thirty business days prior to
