Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons who promote the works may apply for subsidies for housing rehabilitation, whether or not they are owners of the properties on which action is being taken. Second. Object Rehabilitation works of buildings in which the following conditions are met: A) Relating to real estate: The buildings must be located in the urban area of ​​Agoncillo, in the area delimited in the Municipal General Plan as urban residential land. They must be older than 20 years. They will not be subject to limitations that prevent their intended use, nor will they be classified as out of order, totally or partially. B) Relating to the works to be carried out: The works to be subsidized will consist of the rehabilitation or conservation of the roof and façade of the buildings. Rehabilitation works will be understood as those aimed at obtaining the adaptation of the facades and roofs of the homes, such as the following: Plastering and painting of facades. The replacement or new placement of exterior carpentry of facades. Balcony repair The placement of gutters and roof downspouts. Repair of eaves and roofs. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Regulatory Ordinance of subsidies for the rehabilitation of buildings in the urban area of Agoncillo, approved on February 3, 2014 and published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 44 of April 7, 2014 and modified on October 6, 2014, BOR No. 146, of November 24, 2014, as well as in articles 37 to 49 of the Bases for Execution of the Municipal Budget in force. Room. Amount of aid. The amount of the subsidy to be granted will be 30 percent of the cost of material execution of the works, with a maximum amount of €2,000.00, with the credit limit existing in the current municipal Budget. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. Legal entities will be obliged to interact with the Agoncillo City Council through electronic means as established in article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Applications and relevant documentation must be submitted to the City Council's Electronic Registry or to any of the registries authorized by article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Individuals may present the documentation in the General Registry of the Agoncillo City Council or electronically. The maximum deadline for submitting applications is thirty business days following the notification of the granting of the corresponding construction license, and always prior to the start of the works.
