Official description of the call
Extract of the agreement of the Local Government Board of the Ascó City Council dated January 23, 2024, which calls for subsidies to carry out works on properties in the municipality. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans):First.- PurposeTo promote the construction of new properties and conservation and consolidation works of the existing ones in the town that contribute to the improvement of the urban environment.Second.- BeneficiariesNatural and legal persons, non-profit entities, entrepreneurs who use the promotion for the sale of the property that is the subject of a subsidy request, or, in the case of buildings under a subsidy regime horizontal property, communities of owners, that meet the requirements established in the subsidy bases.Third.- Amount1. The block of new construction and major rehabilitation will include all the chapters of work, the items described in point 4 of the bases and the subsidy will consist of an equivalent to 50% of the cost of the work with a maximum of €20,000 per property and €25,000 if the building is included in the old town area (Key A1 according to current planning).2. In the block of rehabilitation, reform and conditioning of buildings and plots, the subsidies will generally consist of a percentage of between 45 and 75%, depending on the concept and with a maximum of €20,000 with some specifications regulated in the bases.3. In the block of removal, treatment and management of fiber cement roofs (containing asbestos), the subsidy will consist of the equivalent of 95% of the cost of the work with a maximum of €15,000.
