PUBLIC CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO VILA-SECA FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN IN SCHOOL IN PRIVATE DAY CARE CENTERS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILA-SECA This call is governed by the Rules published in the BOPT CPV 2020-6867, dated October 5, 2020, and by the principles of publicity, transparency, concurrence, objectivity, equal treatment and non-discrimination, as well as efficiency in meeting the established objectives and effectiveness in the allocation and use of public resources. 1. Budget allocation The grant of the subsidy is for the 2025-2026 school year, from September to August (both included), provided that compliance with the requirements and conditions that gave rise to its grant continues. To meet the economic obligations that arise from the granting of the subsidies object of this call, the total amount of 28,500 euros is reserved, charged to item 3021-32699-48000. €6,000 corresponds to the 2025 budget and €22,500 to the 2026 budget. This requirement will be accredited by means of a certification that the City Council will incorporate ex officio into the file. b)Have one or more children enrolled in private daycare centers in the municipality of Vila-seca during the current school year. For these purposes, those centers that teach the first cycle of early childhood education that have been authorized by the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia will be considered privately owned daycare centers. c) The income of the family unit / cohabitation unit from the previous year cannot exceed the maximum economic limit set in each section provided for in Annex I of these bases. d) In the case of a large or single-parent family, it must be accredited by means of the title, issued by the corresponding Department of the Generalitat of Catalonia, which certifies this situation and which is valid for the entire current school year. e) Comply with the general requirements provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. 4.2. Obligations of the beneficiaries The obligations of the beneficiary of these subsidies, in addition to those specified in article 14 LGS, are indicated below: a) Be up to date with the tax obligations with the City Council, which will be verified ex officio through an Intervention/Treasury report. b) Be up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations. c) Submit to verification and control actions
